You can contact the Lifeline telephone counseling service at +45 70 201 201 everyday between 11 am and 17. You can write or chat with Lifeline advisors Mondays and Thursdays between 17 and 21 and Saturdays and Sundays between 13 and 17.

Children and adolescents can anonymously write or call the Children's Helpline at +45 11 61 11.
