Most tablets can be crushed between two spoons and the resulting powder can be mixed with lemonade. Use as little an amount of lemonade as possible to make sure that the child gets all the medication. Not all tablets can be crushed – ask at the pharmacy.
Some tablets are water-soluble. When the tablet is dissolved you can administer the medicine.
